Definitions & Interpretation

"Platform" means the 999kg website, mobile version, and all related services. "User" means any person who has registered on or is using the platform. "Terms" means this document and any changes amended from time to time.

• Bonus Funds: Money given for promotional purposes that must meet specific wagering conditions before withdrawal.
• Real Money: Funds deposited by the user themselves.
• Wagering Requirement: The total amount that must be wagered before a bonus can be withdrawn.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

The following conditions must be met to open and use an account on 999kg:

• You may hold only one account in your name.

• Opening a new account is prohibited if you have a previous account that was closed by the platform.

Registration & Identity Verification

You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. 999kg reserves the right to verify identity at any time. The following documents may be requested for this purpose:

• A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• Proof of ownership of a mobile banking account (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket).
• Bank account statement (if bank transfer is used).

Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Please strictly follow the points below:

• Never share your password with any third party.
• Always log out after use, especially on shared devices.
• If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify 999kg support immediately.

Account Suspension & Closure

999kg reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms.
• Evidence or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• At the user's own request (voluntary closure).

Any legitimate withdrawable real money will be returned even after account closure, however any bonus balance will be considered void.

Deposits

999kg currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Bank Transfer (for example: Dutch Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). Important information about deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Deposits must only be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits through a third party are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals

The rules for the withdrawal process are as follows:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Approved requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• All active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before a withdrawal.
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

Currency & Conversion

All transactions on 999kg are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not supported. If any conversion fee applies, it will be clearly communicated before the transaction.

Welcome Bonus Terms

New users will have the opportunity to receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. Bonus examples:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,000 → Total balance ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳22,000 → Bonus ৳10,000 → Total balance ৳32,000.

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x, applicable on the bonus amount only.

General Bonus Rules

• Each promotional offer may have its own terms, which will be stated on the offer's detail page.
• A bonus offer is applicable only once per individual, household, address, or device.
• If there is suspicion of bonus abuse or manipulation, 999kg reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
• Bonus funds can be used to play any approved game, however the wagering contribution rate may differ for specific games.
• If you wish to decline a bonus, you must inform support before making a deposit.

VIP Program Terms

The 999kg VIP program has 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. A weekly cashback applies at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Tier changes are determined based on platform experience and activity. 999kg reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits.

Fair Play Policy

999kg is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. The following actions by users are strictly prohibited:

• Operating games using bots or automated software.
• Exploiting any technical vulnerability to influence game outcomes.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate games.
• Attempting to obtain bonuses or money through any fraudulent method.

Technical Errors & Disruptions

If an error appears in a game result due to a technical reason, 999kg may declare that round void and return the wagered amount. If the internet connection is disrupted during a game session, the platform will attempt to automatically save the session state. However, 999kg is not responsible for losses caused by connection issues.

If a dispute arises over a game result, transaction, or bonus, follow the process below:
